Italy, my first European destination is also my favourite as it has fulfilled my foodie dreams.
Inspired by Bill Bryson’s book, I embarked on a culinary adventure that left my taste buds in awe. But it wasn’t just the cuisine that captured my heart. Italy’s mesmerizing landscapes did too.
From the enchanting canals of Venice to the rolling hills of Tuscany, each visit deepened my love for this captivating country. Italy’s allure is irresistible, and I find myself returning time and again to savour its delights and back in its natural beauty.

During my two years living in Australia, I had an unforgettable time filled with diverse experiences. Working in the outback and on farms allowed me to embrace the country’s agricultural beauty. From exploring the stunning Great Barrier Reef through thrilling scuba diving in Cairns to heart-pumping skydives, I created lasting memories. The road trip form Darwin to Cairns, Adelaide to Melbourne and Perth to Broome were the ultimate highlight, with breath taking landscapes and an unparalleled sense of freedom.

For a wonderfully fulfilling two years, I immersed myself in the vibrant life of New Zealand—living, working, and embarking on memorable road trips. I explored up and down from the North Island to the South, Lake Wanaka's beauty absolutely mesmerized me, like walking into a living painting. Oh, and I can't forget the dolphins keeping us company on the ferry ride from Wellington to Picton—absolutely unforgettable. In Kaikoura, I was wowed by a chilled-out seal catching rays on the beach. And then there's Queenstown: I took a deep breath and did a bungee jump, which was the ultimate thrill (and no! I’m not doing it again!). From geothermal hot springs to glow worm caves, heli-hiking along glaciers to jumping out of a plane at 10,000ft high and towering volcanoes, New Zealand offers an endless array of possibilities. There's so much to do and discover here that you could explore for ages and still find something new.
