  • Easy access from / to Narita airport

If you're a first-timer heading to Tokyo, navigating transportation can be confusing. For a smooth arrival at your accommodation from Narita Airport, it's essential to choose the right transportation option. There are several ways to reach Tokyo City, here, I've narrowed it down to three easy ways to get to Tokyo City.

1. Keisei Skyliner

The Skyliner is a limited express train that will take you from Narita Airport to Nippori Station in 36 minutes and Ueno Station in only 41 minutes.

It costs 4480 yen (round trip) , 40 minutes to reach central Tokyo.

Departures every 20-40 minutes.

More information you can check here.

2. JR Narita Express

Narita Express (N’EX) is a comfortable way of travel between Narita Airport and Tokyo Station. The one way journey takes roughly 60 minutes, if you hold a Japan Rail Pass, JR Tokyo Wide Area Pass and some other JR passes, you don’t need to buy any ticket you can easily hop on an N’EX to Tokyo City.

But if you don’t hold any JR passes it cost 5000 yen (round trip) , 60 minutes to reach central Tokyo.
Departures every 30-60 minutes.

More information you can check here.

3. Airport Limousine bus

The Limousine Bus service has extensive routes from Narita Airport to Tokyo Station, Shinjuku, Shibuya, Ikebukuro, Ginza area and Yokohama Station. It provides point-to-point shuttle services directly from the airport to hotels in Tokyo city centre, making it the most convenient transportation option for passengers with multiple pieces of luggage.

It costs about 3100 yen (one way) , 100 minutes to reach central Tokyo.
Departures every 60 minutes.

Therefore, staying in accommodations in Ueno, Tokyo Station, Nippori and Shinjuku will be the easiest way to travel from the airport.
